4 steps to electronic submission of documentation in accordance with TrinkwEGV
By 12 November 2025, water suppliers must submit the documentation of their drinking water catchment areas electronically to the competent authority in accordance with Section 12 of the Drinking Water Catchment Areas Ordinance (TrinkwEGV).
With RiskPlus, you can do this safely and efficiently - you will find all the necessary functions in the „Documentation & Export“ section.
With these 4 steps the delivery succeeds
- Export of documentation in accordance with TrinkwEGV
About „Export documentation according to TrinkwEGV“ the complete documentation can be generated in geopackage format. The system description and extraction point list are optionally available as Excel files. - Export examination programme separately
Already included in the Geopackage, it can also be exported separately as an Excel file - ideal for coordination with laboratories and authorities. - Report export to overview
A PDF report can be generated via „Documentation & Export“ → „Export Report“, which summarises the methodology, maps and tables in a structured manner. It makes it easier to view the results and can optionally be attached (but does not replace the geopackage). - Document technical backgrounds
The document is available via the „Technical documentation“ button on the start page. „RiskPlus - Explanations, methodology and background“ ready. This document should also be sent to the authority.
Please send the exported and downloaded files to your competent authority by e-mail or other suitable means by 12 November 2025 at the latest.
All exports can be carried out multiple times if subsequent adjustments to the project are required.
Access to authorities
Optional access to authorities in RiskPlus is expected to be available from 10 November 2025. This will allow the responsible authorities to view selected content directly in RiskPlus. However, this access does not replace the formal submission by the operator.
