Prepare your analysis programme now: Integrate analysis data and create sampling points

The Drinking Water Ordinance requires a proposal for an analysis programme for untreated water and, if applicable, groundwater and surface water, which takes into account the risk assessment and the existing analysis results. RiskPlus supports you with an automated evaluation of your analysis data, a comparison with the assigned hazard events and a recommendation for future analysis intervals for each parameter and sampling point. Finally, an analysis programme can be exported in accordance with the specifications of the LAWA minimum requirements. New functions and interfaces are now available to make data import, analysis and subsequent report generation much easier.

The import of analysis data is now possible via the formats Labdüs, TEIS and SEBAM possible. Other supported formats will follow shortly, such as Octoware, TWISTweb and the Excel import. You can read in your analysis data directly and without manual preparation using the interfaces provided. This saves time and minimises sources of error, as the parameters are assigned automatically. 

Tip: Ask your laboratory if you currently only have the data as a PDF or Excel file.

For further preparation of the examination programme you should Create sampling points now in RiskPlus. The decisive factor here is the correct ID or the licence plate number of the sampling point, which is used to link to the analysis data. A convenient upload function via Excel template will follow shortly and will make it easy to import several locations at once.

Recommendation for the data basis
For a well-founded evaluation and trend analysis based on the Groundwater Ordinance, we recommend, Analysis data for the last six years to import. A period of several years significantly improves the informative value of the risk analysis - especially for measuring points that are not analysed regularly.
