All requirements of the TrinkwEGV can now be implemented digitally with RiskPlus

These features are coming to RiskPlus in 2026

SHAPTH integration, digital supply system, hazard and risk analysis and risk management in the flow chart

Drinking water suppliers face a challenging task: risk management must seamlessly cover the entire water path - from the source to the consumer. RiskPlus will be expanded in 2026 for precisely this purpose. The new functionalities will create a digital working basis that is traceable at all times and supports companies in fulfilling legal requirements while also making their day-to-day work easier. The features will be rolled out gradually over the course of 2026 and will then be automatically available to all customers.

SHAPTH as a central data source - no duplication of effort

Anyone who still transfers analysis data manually between systems today knows how error-prone and time-consuming this is. SHAPTH, the upcoming nationwide standard for digital data exchange in water hygiene, provides a remedy here - and RiskPlus is directly connected. All objects stored in SHAPTH, such as elevated tanks, pumping stations or plant-specific system components, can be fully imported into RiskPlus, including the associated analysis data. The result: a consistent data image without media disruptions or duplicate data storage - and the option of starting the risk analysis directly.

Supply system in the GIS - all connections at a glance

Where is which plant located? How are the elevated tanks, waterworks and pipe network connected? The integrated GIS from RiskPlus makes precisely this visible: all the key components of the supply system are visualised geographically and in their operational logic. This gives companies a complete overview without having to switch between different systems - and they can directly recognise connections and dependencies in the network.

Hazard and risk analysis - structured instead of from scratch

Creating a complete risk analysis takes time. RiskPlus therefore provides ready-made suggestion lists with typical risks for the respective systems as a starting point. Companies can add their own, plant-specific or company-specific risks to these at any time - this creates a company-specific overall catalogue that is fully maintained in RiskPlus and is always up to date.

Flow chart - risk management directly at the property

The flow chart graphically depicts the entire supply process and makes it clear at a glance where there is a need for action in the system. A click on an object - such as an elevated tank or well - immediately opens the associated risk management process: risk assessment and action planning take place directly on the object and are also documented there. No searching, no context switching.

Availability

All new features will be finalised in stages over the course of 2026 and automatically imported into the working environment - without any additional effort on the part of the customer.
