Information sessions for public authorities
Our one-hour information sessions for public authorities cover the fundamentals and methods for implementing the Drinking Water Directive (TrinkwEGV) and the Drinking Water Ordinance (TrinkwV). In addition, the relevant formats for information exchange and handover are presented, and issues relating to cooperation between water suppliers and public authorities are examined. This provides public authorities with a concise overview of the technical requirements and their practical implementation.

Online introductory training courses for licence holders
During the introductory training course, new users are given a practical overview of the key functions of RiskPlus. During these online training sessions, which last around two hours, they learn the basic ways of working with the software, thereby laying the foundations for its successful use in their day-to-day work. The course is aimed at new licence holders as well as users who wish to refresh their knowledge.
