As part of the beta testing, various use cases are simulated in a variety of ways to ensure that RiskPlus fulfils user requirements in the best possible way. On the one hand, engineering offices are involved, which carry out the processing for their customers in the simulated environment. At the same time, operational managers are involved, who will take over risk management for a larger number of operators in order to test the practical use of the software. And, of course, water suppliers who map their own catchment areas in the software are also taking part. The ongoing beta phase will be supplemented and accompanied by several detailed online events, during which the beta testers will have the opportunity to ask questions directly and report on their practical experiences and the challenges they face in everyday life.\u00a0<\/p><p>Our beta testers make intensive use of the ticket system provided by us to systematically report errors that have occurred, suggest improvements and express new user requests. As far as possible, this valuable feedback is incorporated directly into the further development of the software in order to further optimise user-friendliness and functionalities and ensure that the solution meets the specific needs of users.<\/p><p>Based on the feedback from our beta testers, we have already improved RiskPlus in a number of areas - for example in the permanent display of protection zones to make risk assessment easier, the integration of additional WMS layers to be able to assess the soil permeability of a catchment area more quickly or the area-specific display of the assessment progress. We have also included some things in the development planning that we will be making available in the near future.
