Im Rahmen des Beta-Testings werden verschiedene Anwendungsf\u00e4lle auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise simuliert, um bestm\u00f6glich sicherzustellen, dass RiskPlus den Anforderungen der Nutzer gerecht wird. Dabei sind einerseits Ingenieurb\u00fcros eingebunden, die die Bearbeitung f\u00fcr ihre Kunden in der simulierten Umgebung durchf\u00fchren. Parallel dazu sind Betriebsf\u00fchrer beteiligt, die das Risikomanagement f\u00fcr eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Anzahl von Betreibern \u00fcbernehmen werden, um den praktischen Einsatz der Software zu erproben. Und nat\u00fcrlich nehmen auch Wasserversorger teil, die ihre eigenen Einzugsgebiete in der Software abbilden. Die laufende Betaphase wird durch mehrere ausf\u00fchrliche Online-Veranstaltungen erg\u00e4nzt und begleitet, im Rahmen derer die Betatester die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, direkt Fragen zu stellen und von ihren praktischen Erfahrungen sowie den Herausforderungen im Alltag zu berichten.\u00a0<\/p><p>Um systematisch aufgetretene Fehler zu melden, Verbesserungen anzuregen und neue Nutzerw\u00fcnsche zu \u00e4u\u00dfern, nutzen unsere Betatester intensiv das von uns bereitgestellte Tickets-System. Dieses wertvolle Feedback wird soweit m\u00f6glich direkt in die Weiterentwicklung der Software mit einbezogen, um die Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Funktionalit\u00e4ten weiter zu optimieren und sicherzustellen, dass die L\u00f6sung den spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Anwender entspricht.<\/p><p>Auf Basis der die R\u00fcckmeldungen unserer Betatester haben wir RiskPlus bereits an einigen Stellen verbessert \u2013 beispielsweise in der dauerhaften Anzeige der Schutzzonen, um die Risikoabsch\u00e4tzung zu erleichtern, die Einbindung zus\u00e4tzlicher WMS-Layer um die Bodendurchl\u00e4ssigkeit eines Einzugsgebietes schneller beurteilen zu k\u00f6nnen oder auch die fl\u00e4chengenaue Darstellung des Bewertungsfortschrittes. Au\u00dferdem haben wir einige Dinge in die Entwicklungsplanung aufgenommen, die wir in n\u00e4herer Zukunft zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen werden.
